spotting at 9 dpo? 10 dpo cramps like AF is about to come?

I'm on CD 23 of my first clomid cycle. Yesterday I had some bleeding (not a lot, dark red) right after intercourse and then it stopped. Today (10 dpo), I sooo feel like AF is coming. I keep going to the toilet to check :(
I normally have cycles between 26 and 28 days, but don't really know whether clomid (or even the trigger shot) would affect that making them shorter?
Have you had any similar experiences?
