18 DPO, BFN but no AF? (Chart included)
I'm 18dpo today by BBT and CM but I've tested as either negative or gotten evaps since about 10 DPO. I don't have a good baseline for my cycles as I'd been on BC since having my now 3 year old DD.
I got the implant out late March, had a week long period 3 days later, from that one I had a normal 35 day long cycle with a 14 day LP though a lighter than usual period. This cycle I ovulated ~5 days earlier and so I'm at CD34 but 18 DPO.
Most of my symptoms could be PMS ones as its things like sore breasts (mostly in the sides), runny nose, nausea, sore thighs and pelvis, mild cramping, sore nipples. The only thing that confuses me is that I have more visible veins and Chadwick's sign.

is it worth keeping my hopes up or should I just expect AF with all these BFNs?
