Could I still be pregnant?

I am 16 dpo and no AF. Which was suppose to arrive 3 days ago. I took a pregnancy test this morning and BFN. The doctor won't give me blood work until after next week. I also had the Mirena removed two months ago.
My question is there still a chance I could get a BFP and has anyone else gone through this that ended up with a BFP?

I haven't been keeping track of my BBT. I'm about 95% sure I ovulated which questions why I haven't gotten my period or a BFP

I got a bfn at the dr's on 9 dpo but knew it was wrong so I asked for a blood test. Confirmed the next day I was 3 wks prego! GL
