changing cycles?

before i had my daughter my periods lasted 6 days and would have bad cramps and i had a 28-29 day cycles. sense having my daughter for the last 18 months my periods are 3-4 days long and not much cramping at all and my cycles are 24 days. but this month it was 26 days and my period lasted 7 days and had bad cramping. i'm just wondering what might be causing it to change all of a sudden?
