Please help!

My af is a day late. I haven't taken a test, but I am currently having right hip pain. The pain is dull; im using a heating and that's not giving and relief. My dr prescribed me Naproxen ES for when my menstrual cramps get really bad and it gives me relief but Im unsure of taking it because the labeling say dont take if you think you maybe pregnant. Im not sure if I should stick through the discomfort or anything else to do. Please help thanks in advance.
