Contraction like cramps with very little bleeding....

AF came right on schedule this morning but since I have been having really bad cramps that feel a lot like my contractions did when i was in labor with my dd almost 3 years ago. Usually when I have pain close to this I bleed like the damn Niagara Falls going through a super+ tampon in an hour and a half. But there is barely anything!! I'm maybe going through a light liner! My dr just said ibuprofen for pain and take a hot bath/heating pad. Not sure what to make of it....

I am very curious/concerned how this worked out for you... As I am facing the same thing :/ but I also had multiple faint positives a couple days in row till today.

Very little flow for a couple days, one day of heavy then light again then stopped. All bfn and I had another cycle about 2 weeks ago.
