Vitex Chaste Tree 400mg?
Has anyone used Vitex to help get pregnant, If so did it work? I bought a bottle to try but I would like to find some reviews before trying it. I have pcos and I'm on medicine to start my periods every month before we go ahead with fertility medicine.

I took 1200mgs (400mgs 3 times/day) for a cycle to help regulate my periods. I was having long cycles (39 days) and after just one cycle using the Vitex it brought me back to 28 days. Last cycle was actually 26 days and this cycle looks like it will be 27 days (if I don't get my BFP). Lots of women said it took 2-3 cycles to get results, but for me it was quick.
