Question

Five weeks pregnant and MISERABLE!

Hello all! I am five weeks pregnant tomorrow and I am downright miserable. I am angered over everything and my attitude can be best described as "foul." I am beyond happy to be pregnant and I love this little bean, but I can't seem to stand anyone else. I was not like this with my first pregnancy.

Anyway, my question is, how in the world can I improve my nasty attitude and temper? It seems almost uncontrollable.

Please offer suggestions if you have any, or share your experiences! Thanks in advance.

You know, I'm not pregnant but I'm that way a lot. Especially since I started taking fertility meds. I have no clue honestly, but maybe you could try counting to ten before saying anything after hearing something that angers you? I'm trying this method right now. Good luck!

I have three children, two girls and a boy and I wasn't moody at all with either of my daughter's by OMG I was NASTY when I was pregnant with my son!!! I had no control over my moods and no matter how hard I tried the hormones just took over. It was almost like a roid rage some days! LOL!! Don't be too hard on yourself there's not really a lot you can do about it. :) Hopefully like a lot of first trimester symptom's, this too shall subside at around 13-14 weeks???? It didn't for me but there's always hope LOL! :)

I like the counting to 10 before you speak advice. I also trying deep breathing before speaking and doing fun things (Pandora, walking in the park) to de-stress.
