Could I had Implementation Bleeding at 13DPO?

My cycle is 30 days, My last period was on April 15th and I ovulated on (at least I think I did) April 27th. This two wait week has been weird - Vivid Dreams, Flu like symptoms, sore breast, and tired.
This morning at 2:00 am I noticed on the tissue a slight brownish/pinkish color. I didnt have slight discomfort until around 10am but the feeling was hardly there. I think it was Implementation bleeding what do you think? My period isnt due until next Wednesday the 15th.
