HUNGRY!!!!!!! How do you make yourself fell full???

I am SOOOOOO hungrey. Normally a very light eater this feels crazy. I ate a snack just before bed because I was hungry. That doesn't often happen as I am normally a light eater. I woke at 4am and boy are the hunger pangs strong! I have eaten a whole lot of bananna chips, a yoghurt, a carrot and a muesli bar. And I am still hungry. I am only 4 weeks 2 days pregnant! I have had three glasses of water this morning too. I feel like if I don't keep eating my stomach will turn itself inside out. Anyone experiencing something similar?

Fiber and protein will keep u fuller for longer. I make strawberry smoothies with greek yogurt and add two tbsp of ground chia...Im half full after a glass then I eat toast with peanut butter and banana (sounds gross but its not) and Im good til lunch. The constant hunger wears off, just dont "eat for two".

that happened to me when i first got pregnant, and it just gets worse lol it was abnormal for me also cuz i didnt eat much. i would eat 1-2 meals a day and eat quite a bit at each meal but i would snack in between or anything. i wasnt on a diet, its just how i was. but the second i implanted i started eating A TON. and it just gets worse along the way lol your stomach turns into a bottomless pit. it gets to the point that you feel kind of full or more so that your stomach just feeels heavy but you want to keep eating anyway, so you do lol its insane. bottomless pit. black hole. im 25 1/2 weeks. i notice drinking a lot of water with meals kinda helps, soaks up the food and makes it fill out your stomach more. havent really found anything else that helps tho, not much you can do about it.. just keep eating haha you neeed to anyway!! Thanks girls! It is good to know I am not alone. It was the craziest feeling this morning. I had to take a packet of dried fruit around with me today and snack on them every now and then to stop my tummy trying to digest itself.

dakotagurrl the smoothies sound good. I am not sure I am brave enough to try the toast combo! I did have toast, and later peanut butter on celery today, and ate a banana so covered all those bases :)

mmariej721 I was having lots of water this morning too, which is also crazy for me as I usually don't drink much at all. I am not sure how I will cope if this gets worse! But hey, I was desperately hoping for lots of symptoms as that must be a good sign!!! Congrats to you, over halfway through :)
