Q: Scared :( light brown spotting

im 7 weeks pregnant and am
Having light brown spotting from the vagina after a bowel movement sorry tmi last night i had alot of abdominal pain but i thought it was just from gastritis ...so nervous, whats going on ??
Anyone gone thru this too ? and be okay . I cant find a reliable site online for any information
i have had a miscarriage last yr.. my ultrasound is tomorrow and im sooo scared something is wrong :( since i have had no morning sickness yet, reminds me of last yr
any comments would be much appriciated, i know brown spotting is supposed to be okay but thats how my last miscarriage started.

First take a deep breath...although it may be hard, try not to stress and worry because it will not change anything. Ways to relax include drinking chamomile tea, having someone massage your feet, taking a warm shower, taking a walk, reading a leisurely book, and watching comedy movie. The brown spotting is old blood and does not present an immediate danger to your pregnancy, regardless of how your last miscarriage started. Many women do not experience morning sickness or nausea so I would not consider that a bad omen either. Now take another deep breathe and think "the baby is fine and the ultrasound will show that"....no sense in dwelling on the negative when you cannot do anything until you see your doctor. I hope this helps or at least it helps me. I hope you have a healthy full-term pregnancy! :)
