Question

TTC with PCOS..............

Is any one going through the same thing?? have been diagnosed with PCOS, and were ttc, I know I ovulated on the 9th April, hpt had a slight faint line this morning, but blank this afternoon, I have really watery/creamy CM (so much so I keep thinking af has come) lower back pain, mild cramps (my cramps for af are usually awful) and gasy, wouldn't my hpt show properly by now? or is this just my body playing tricks on me and my af late due to my PCOS. I am feeling so down with it all, the negitive hpts, faint lines, I just want answers, I feel pg. Starting to feel like a failure :(

Hi! Do not feel like a failure! I am in the same boat as you are. I was diagnosed with PCOS back in July and we have been going through fertility treatment since January. We are on our third cycle and I am currently in that dreaded "two week wait." But, please keep your head up! You WILL get pregnant! Timing is everything and it will happen for you, but do not feel like a failure! I know that I feel like that every time that I get my period, but that honestly just means it is not my time and that my time will come when it is the right time. So, please just keep your head up! It will absolutely happen for you! I am wishing you the best!

I also have PCOS. Don't feel down. I know it does not feel like it now but your time will come. I did accupuncture when ttc my first and I got pregnant on the first cycle after trying for 15months! No clomid or other interventions needed!! I was so shocked especially because in prior cycles I had way more symptoms!! When I got my BFP I had very few symptoms. I am currently TTC #2. I have tried to relax and not worry about it (much easier said than done). When I do find myself starting to worry I visualize what I want my body to be doing at that moment. For example releasing hormones to stimulate my follicles to grow in my ovaries, start my LH surge, the egg being released from my ovary, the sperm meeting the egg, the egg traveling down my tube, the egg implanting in my uterus. I can't control what my body is doing which sucks, but with the visualization I get the sense that I can control something! It isn't easy to relax but stress really effects your body. It will happen for you! GL!!

Thank you all for your kinds words, I guess I just need to stop letting it get to me, I have children from a previous replationship, and we never ever had any problems, it just happened, I do feel so pg this cycle, but I am hoping its not all in my head!! But my neg test's keep me doubting, I have an appt with the gyn on 19th May, I think they will be giving me something to help. As bad as it sounds its nice to know I am not the only one. I have read so much that PCOS can affect hpt's aswel as OPk's its just so annoying not not what ig going on. I know my DF would never leave me, but I just feel like I am not giving him what he wants ****baby dust to all **
