Sore breast??

So I have had a sore breast since a few days after ovulation but it's just one of them. Sometimes they get a little bit tender before AF comes but its only just noticable and its both. This is just one and is quite noticably tender. Any thoughts? Anyone experienced just one sided tenderness?

The thing with that you can experience sore breast all through your cycle at times, before ovulation, after ovulation up till your period, or when you are pregnant it's just something you can expect to happen any time and either be pregnant or not pregnant.

Yes, my left breast was always sore and my right just sometimes. It started just after ovulation for me and it turned out I was pregnant and got my BFP at 11 DPO. Good luck :)
