Could this be my month?

I am currently 13 DPO. I took Clomid for the first time this month from CD 5-9. On CD's 12,13, and 14 had a positive OPK with FMU. Had neg. OPK on CD 15. We BD on CD 10. I've been having dull back/hip pain since 2 DPO. I had a nosebleed 1 DPO, unusual b/c I can't remember when the last time I had a nose bleed was. I had tingly boobs from 2-5 DPO. Then again at 9 DPO. I started having sore nips at 11 DPO. I've been very tired, not my usual PMS tired, my nausea is different and so is my boob soreness. I usually don't dream, or remember my dreams, and on the nights of 2, 11, and 12 DPO I have had dreams I can remember and that seem very real. I have felt full, mildly heavy, for several days off and on as well. Usually at night. My cervix usually moves down as I get closer to AF, she is due in 3 days and cervix is still med-high, med-soft, and med-closed. This would be my 2nd child.
