TTC with endo.. How to deal with pain??

I am 26 yr old and disagnosied at 19 with endo . I have had 3 laps since then and have been on continous BC. But now ttc for 3 cycles using digital opk and getting smiley face for 2 days then negative 3rd day . I have so much random pains and twinges throughout the month. Anyone else these and have successful pregnancy?

i have suspected endo, but wasnt confirmed. ovulation time gave me a lot of cramps and it really hurt to BD then. the last couple months i noticed the pain improved, not sure if it's from me getting more regulated over time or if the clomid helped? but i finally got a BFP this cycle. the doc told me to use BD positions that dont allow deep penetration when i was painful.

TTC #1 since October 2012. Me: Diagnosed with Graves' (Feb. 2013) and Celiac (July 2013) disease. Doctor suspicious of stage I endometriosis (Jan. 2014) DH: SA very good in Jan. 2014 Me:30 DH:29 April 14th first BFP!!! EDD is Dec. 26th! please send !!!
