Can the symptoms of pregnacy drop off at 11DPO?

I have had several unusual symptoms over the past week or so, I new when I ovulated after taking a digital test & my temp increased. On CD23 I started to get mild but uncomfortable headaches, really gassy way more than normal and heavy CM these symptoms have continued until CD28 (my cycle is always 31days). I couldn't keep my eyes open yesterday in bed by 8pm. Today at 11DPO (CD29) that all seems to have subsided and I have light cramps, but no back pain or achy boobs which I suffer with every month from straight after I ovulate until AF. I have been at the gym 3 times this week as normal,I suffered from chills and dizziness on Friday last week, but fine the past two days. I have had mild nausea the past week or so on and off, some days making me dry retch. I can often get this with PMS. If I eat it feel better.
