Can you get morning sickness before a positive pregnancy test?

Just wondering I gotten a negative before only to find out days later I was pregnant but morning sickness didnt effect me till 7 weeks

Not terribly likely. But progesterone can make you nauseated as well.

With my first, my morning sickness started before my missed period. We weren't trying for a baby, so I had no idea what was wrong with me. The actual vomiting started 3 days after my missed period. With #2, it didn't kick in until 7 weeks.
