What are side effects of fertomid

I started fertomid on 16/03/2014 and ovulated on the 26/03/14 had sex that same day n week,my expected day op periods was the 11/04/14 but on the 12th I had brown spotting only and on the 13th I had red bleeding and a little on the 14th and it stopped.then on the 15th I had a tingling sensation on my breast and from the 18th my breasts have feeling as if I'm breastfeeding and the feeling its like I must breastfeed the baby and I also get a pain partly in my breast but it comes and go.I had 2 bfn on before I started my "periods".
Are this the side effects of Fertomid or what?my gynae appointment its in 2 weeks time.
