positive OPK CD 12 when do I count 1 dpo

ok so I got positive OPK CD 12 at 1:00 pm on CD 13 I thought I was having o pains never had them before but cramping near ovary area felt like both sides but more on left on and off till about 7:30 pm so if I actually o'd cd 13 that late in the day would CD 14 or 15 be 1 dpo I've been having very irregular cycles for the past 5 months and this is first month using opk's again

If u O'd on cd13, then 1dpo would be cd14. Its hard to pinpoint the exact time so just stick with the date. U should look in to chartimg temps next cycle, if u arent preg of course, it will eliminate any worries of which day u O'd...provided u do it accurately that is.

you can ovulate anywhere from 12-36 hours after a positive opk. i also did bbt charting to prove when i O'd. this is how i discovered i tend more toward the 12 hours later. also ovulation pains can be prior, during, or after O, so they are unreliable. do bbt if you want a more accurate O date.
