Low cervix or uterus?

My period is due in 5 days and my fiancee and I did the bd, well attempted to, sorry for the tmi. During the bd, it felt like my uterus/cervix, im not sure which one, but it felt it was about to come out. I've never felt this much discomfort before. Has anyone else experienced this and got a bfp or bfn? I've also experienced a lot of indigestion and it's been occurring at 3 in the morning for the past few days. I've never had indigestion issues not even with my first and only pregnancy. Thank you in advance.
