IB or not?

So had sex 7dpo and after when I went to clean myself up I noticed light pink discharge... just wondering if it was IB or it was from sex being to rough, which it wasn't but I was thinking if it was from sex it would of been more red coloured blood. I'm also having super tender nipples and increased cm and light cramping. I'm now 10 dpo.

Even if sex isn't rough, the impact of a penis hitting your cervix could cause spotting. Technically the color doesn't matter. IB normally happens from 7-12 do, but not everyone gets it so don't expect to get it. I honestly think that it was just from sex.
