Can blue veins chest and stinging nipples be a sign of a period or just pregnancy?

I have never had stinging nipples or noticed the Veins before except my last two pregnancies but all tests are coming up negative and I'm due for period tomorrow. I have period like cramps and today my boobs just started hurting and nipples stinging and I looked and the veins look scary!! Could this be a sign of my period as well or only pregnancy?

Sign of both period and pregnancy.

If your getting BFN, it's probably your period coming. I get sore boobs and noticeable veins before my period and also when I was pregnant(was a little more veiny and sore when pg though)

Thank you for the answer :) It felt more intense then a normal period feeling, I could feel the veins if that makes sense. I guess technically I won't have the answer until a few days if I start or not. Today's expected day but nothing so far.
