Question

If a bfn dries and shows a pink line, what are the chances that a bfp will soon follow?

I took a FRER with diluted urine. It dried with a pink line (no squinting required). All of my other tests have dried bfn, so I'm hoping this could be the start of BFPs.

Honestly, I wouldn't trust it. It could have been an evap even if none of your other tests have done the same.

If the line is the same thickness as the control line you might have one, though generally speaking if you are not checking the line with in 3 minuets you can't trust it!

I have been in same boat this week. Got what I thought was a positive yesterday but after the time limit (about 30mins) but definately a pink line though slightly fuzzy. Then a bfn today.

I've had a look online and an evap will only be greyish. If it has colour then it HAS detected HCG but at such low levels. The best thing to do is to wait a few days and test again.

I used internet cheapie dip strips and this is the only one of several days which is anything but stark white so don't know what to think.

Fingers crossed for you, try again in a few days xx I'm due on either tomorrow or Monday so an going to retest Sunday.
