my basal temp has been 98.3

my basal temp has been 98.3 4 days it usually goes up and down 98.1 to 98.6 but never this level

Is your thermometer digital? They sometimes flatline if they have low battery so test it by taking a non-basal temp and see if it is different. By chance you can have very stable temps for a few days.

By the way from your chart I would say you probably ovulated either on CD16 or 17 (can't tell because of missing temp).

Ya checked thermometer yesterday it is digital. Ya missed a few days due to frustration

Took temp yest it was 98.1 and woke up at 4 wih cramps very unlike period and hip cramps and nausea my morn temp is back to 98.3
