Can a line disappear almost as quickly as it appears?

I am 12 dpo and have many symptoms!! I took a test today about 12 I clock so obviously not my fmu but I didn't have a test available, anyway... I peed in cup and put HEB early test In cup and waited, while the urine soaked in I could see a second line.. It was very faint... And the just gone!! I squinted and cried. Is that a bfn for sure... Am I loosing it!?
