Blue veins around breasts and all over

I have been experiencing a lot of blue veins running across my chest and nipples and now I am noticing blue veins on my hand and feet. I am 12dpo but got a negative test result.. I have also been extremely tired the past few days and have been eating a ton. Does it sound like I could be pregnant?

It is possible....I would wait a few days and test again, especially if symptoms continue. I was pregnant 11 months ago that ended in a miscarriage...and I did not get veins, but I got lots of little red dots over my chest and abdomen. Baby Dust!!
