I had a total of 10 pregnancies - 6 ended in miscarriages. Out of 10 I experienced once only a notable event. With my second child I had period-like bleeding at the time my real period should have come. It lasted for four days and my doctor called it implantation bleeding. To me it seemed like a period.
I would add that the more you focus on a possible implantation the more symptoms you feel (pinching, cramping, pulling, nausea). Many symptoms are related to higher progesterone levels and don't necessarily indicate a pregnancy. Best wishes and the Lord's blessings.

I tried to look for implantation signs and saw nothing different this cycle. I got a positive 9dpo. So it was very unexpected! It can sneak up on ya.
