Has anyone had lots of cm as an indicator of pregnancy?

I'm on day 5 or 6DPO and have started having ALOT of cm which is not at all the norm for me. I remember having it all through my pregnancy with my son, so much so that I had to wear a panty liner but I can't remember when it started with that pregnancy??? Do you think this is a positive sign for my BFP on it's way this month???? Has anyone had this and gotten their BFP????
