Please help! :(

I'm actually very upset and can't ask family as no one knows were are ttc. My last period was March 25th, I ovulated on April 7th or 8th knowing via OPK. Which makes me 8 or 9 DPO. I've had super sore breast, my temp elevated, dull aching in my "ovaries" and super moody and tired. I even have had the metallic taste in my mouth and pronounced veins. This will be my 2nd child. I'm upset because last night I wiped and had tiny brown spotting and then nothing. Now right when I went to the bathroom I wiped and got more spotting except more bloody looking not brown.... do I still have a chance since I'm not due to test and get my period the 22nd? Or am I out? My first child was no planning what soever and one time unprotected. .... I was hoping for second time around would be easier. Please give me some feed back on this.
