Positive tests neg at health department.

Im confused. I have gotten tons of positive pregnancy test and two positive digitals. Then I went to the health department today as I am four days late and they said it came back negative. They told me it turned positive after the three minute mark but they cant use that so they have to tell me its negative. So i came home and took two more that said positive. I am four days late shouldn't it of showed up on the tests at the health department by now?

Currently TTC #3 Hoping for a little girl.
