just wanted to know if anyone knows if your progesterone levels will be higher directly after ovulation I mean like a day or more if you release 2 eggs. I had pos opk Friday think I was having o pains yesterday but felt like both side I have been irregular and this is first month using opk's after mmc in dec . I'm a twin and have kids but not twins a few hours after o I got really white cm and today I feel so tired have no energy and felt so great yesterday I know progesterone makes you feel like that

Ovulation pains can be before, during, or after O. I know i have symptoms right away. Sensitive nipples within 12 hours and sore bbs in a couple days. So yes, after O the corpus luteums are made and progesterone secreted. We vary on how sensitive we are to it.
