I have taken metformin for pcos and after 4 years I have been told I don't have pcos any more. :) I also had the all clear last year and so was put on clomid but this I wasn't told makes cysts come back and they are and were very painful when that happens. Good luck to you also a good healthy diet helps too with metformin.
