Which day do I put Symptom...

Not sure what date to out this under...

Let's says its CD 16/1 DPO and you go to bed at around 10pm. You wake up at about 12:30am with terrible cramping which leads to diarrhea and nausea. Do you put that symptom at CD 16/ 1 DPO or the next day CD 17 / 2 DPO?

Thanks...that would apply to any symptom...but I am tired of trying to figure this out and 2nd guess...lol.
