Question

I'm confused about my cycle day, help!

Okay so today is my cycle day 28, I'm on a 28 day schedule, now since it's CD 28 should I be getting AF today or should it start tomorrow, or tomorrow am I counted as a day late? I don't want to get my hopes up because I usually start right in the morning, but there is no sign of AF coming today...

If you ovulated later than normal, your AF would be correspondingly due later. But hopefully, you're late because you're late!

If you have a 28 day cycle and today is CD28 then you should expect your period tomorrow. However, it is very common for a period to vary by a day or two each cycle. I average a 28 day cycle as well, but sometimes it's 27, sometimes it's 29.
