Cramps after IUI?
So I just had my first IUI today. Had been ttc with several different treatments for a year. I always know when I am ovulating because I get pretty crampy and I use ovidrel which forces ovulation pretty accurately in 36-40 hours.
Yesterday I was worried because I was having some cramping like ovulation on the left side which is where my two follicles are. Not as strong as usual and I didn't use opk's this month so I can't be positive. My IUI was today (which is why I was worried about ovulating yesterday) and now several hours later I am having some very strong cramping mostly on the left but now also on the right. I will say I didn't think the doc searched very hard for follicles on the right.
Is this kind of cramping normal after IUI or do you think I am just ovulating now? The cramps are stronger than my normal o cramps, so I am confused. Help!

hi... had my iui a week ago and asked my re about the same.. she said that normal bloating is normal with iui and the cramping can be a bit heavy during ovulation as the sperms are deposited in a very confined space.. so i think maybe u actually ovulated and wish u a bfp soon.. i hope this is the month for us and we can b bfp buddies!!
