I don't think there is anything over the counter that would help you in an instant. First, you must understand your cycle and know when you ovulate. You need to chart youir temperatures, keep record of it, do mucus observation. (The Couple to Couple League gives classes on this topic). Then an ovulation predictor test kit can help further. I would recommend Marilyn Shannon's Book Fertility Cycles and Nutrition. Some people use Preseed (it has not worked for me), others add various supplements: Macapowder, Zinc, Raspberry leaf extract, Coenzyme Q10...I have used all and any of these and still have had no success (have been trying for 9 months now). Even with a doctor's help it is often difficult or even impossible to pinpoint why it is so difficult to conceive. This is the mystery and we realize that it is God who ultimately is in control of our lives. Alle the best and the Lord's blessings.

Don't drink coffee (caffiene) or soft-drinks (artificial sweetners) or alcohol (you probably know that one). Eat more green vegetables/fruit. Try Royal Jelly (all B vitamins). See a Fertility doctor, get a check up or both of you.

i just had a mc in jan 13 weeks along..i guess my organs look great idk bout my husband! dam! i do all of those except the alcohol i will have an occasional glass of wine though!i bet most of it has todo with our health we are junk food eaters.
