stitch in sides??? symptom or just getting driven off my nut ttc?

hello! im currently 9dpo, bfn this morning but got crazy stitches in both my sides as if pulled both muscles. is this an early preg sign or am i mad?? i had this before when i had what i think is a chemical pregnancy. is this a real symptom if not what is happening in there?? havent done exercise so not an actual pulled muscle. also cramped badly since 4dpo. anyone experienced this? thanku x
