Question

Slow rising hcg level

I went to the doc for sharp pain on my left side, and mid cycle bleeding. Had an ultrasound, and there was a cyst that had ruptured and the fluidwas putting pressure causing the pain. Annnnnddd....to my surprise I was pregnant! Not far enough to see on the ultrasound, my hcg level was 127 and then my second test 2 days later was only 151. The nurse didn't sound hopefull. Anyone with this similar situation??

hey yes im in this situation right now, I had my bloods taken first was 50hcg, then 81hcg, then 160hcg then 190 hcg all different levels of hours apart 11 hours between the last 2 levels. I had the vaginal ultrasound the day my levels were 81 and all they could see was the corpus luteum ruptured, uterus wall thick, and a little black dot in my uterus but to little to confirm the embryo. between 50 and 81 there was 66hours between 81 and 160 there was 4 days....mine would have been like yours if they took the bloods 2 days apart. it seems to be increasing as the time goes on....they think I am just really early, sounds like u are aswell. and I have spotting a minor cramps aswell.
