Bleeding noted for 1day after 11 days of delayed period.my lmp was on 19.03.14.periods are regular

My periods r regular.26days.lmp was 19.03.14.me and my husbnd had intercourse on 26th of feb.my periods gt delayed for 11days.i took a preg test on 26th feb was negative. On 29th I had bleeding seems fresh but just fr a day and I still have lower back pain.nausea, cud it be tht im pregnant or the bleeding was my period? I never had late periods ever.my cycle is 26days .periods were always a week earlier to my lmp.shud I have to test? Or its a waste?plz need an answer
