When you say two periods would you say the one during ovulation was more of a spotting as you can have spotting when you ovulate. Also vitex is supposed to be good if you have irregular cycles. I have pcos so took it last month but it made my cycle longer 55 days long. You take it 1-3 times a day at the start of your period day one of your cycle and stop as soon as you ovulate as if you do get pregnant on it it is very harmful to a unborn baby. Good luck :)

If you are trying to regulate your periods, you should be taking vitex your ENTIRE cycle, starting immediately, and only stop if you suspect you are pregnant. It helps by regulating excessive hormones in your body. If you start and stop every cycle, that can make things worse for you.
I take 3 capsules a day because it's what works for me, but most women take one in the morning and one at night.
Before vitex, I had 60+ day cycles. During use, I had 30-32 day cycles with o on CD 20-21.

I have no experience with baby aspirin, so I hope you get a helpful answer about that from someone knowledgeable about it.
