Are these early signs of pregnancy or am I excited for nothing??

I am currently 7 or 8 dpo and I have been having insane breast and nipple sensitivity and pain (even hurts when my shirt or bra touches them). After using the rest room I noticed that I have lots of white odorless creamy discharge, and I want to eat everything I can get my hands on. I have had cramping on and off in my side and in my China (lady part), since 3 days after ovulation but no IB (which i had during my first pregnancy with my now 2 year old) at least not that I noticed. Does anyone know if these symptoms are associated with early pregnancy symptoms?? I have 28 day cycles so im not expecting af for another 5 days... I'm in my unbearable 2ww .... Any help would be great. And if anyone in their 2ww wants to be cycle buddies that's great.
