1st BFP @ 4DPO, Dr confirmed with blood test @ 7DPO, is it even possible 2 know your PT that soon.

I usually run about a 30osh day cycle. Since a depo shot last may everything has been messed up. Anyhow I tested what I would believe to be 4dpo for a normal cycle for me, but could have been 6 DPO if I was only having a 28 day cycle. Now a blood test has confirmed on CD 25 that I am indeed pregnant, but the levels were a bit low. (I'm not even late for AF so not surprised.) and they are retesting on 04/01. Could it be twins testing that early or am I just nuts.
