How to go on?
I took a FRER test today and it was negative. I'm 12 dpo. I feel like throwing in the towel even tho my period should begin Sunday or so. My temps have been climbing .2 degrees every day this week. I thought for sure...but that test destroyed me. So depressed right now, feel like I'm broken. Like I'm not a woman. What do I do? I'm gonna make an appointment with my dr. But how do u gals find the strength to keep trying?

taking it one day a time... On the day AF shows her face I allow myself to cry and be sad. After that I stop and focus on the month ahead of me.
I'm not a fan of pregnancy tests because I just hate that feeling of disappointment, but I feel the same way you do every single time I get my period. Hang in there!

you need not to loose hope this ttc is very disappointing i have been ttc for 3 years no luck and what makes things worse for us we don't have insurance i have to relay on government hospital and that is another stress i have to deal with they never give me any medication only done hgs scan my tubes,womb,ovaries all good they take my blood for hormones test result shows everything is fine. all this took me 2 and half years to be done because of the hospital procedures. A lady introduced me to her doctor currently pregnant now with twins shes 41. we save some money to c the doctor 3 hours drive and his very expensive. He gave me cleansing pills 2 types for 5 days 2nd visit took blood for testing. 3rd visit result showed my eggs only grow up to 14% sperms cannot penetrate at least 30% he gave me fertomid wl start them whn af comes. i dnt know how far you have tried but that is my reason for me not conceiving for now will c the outcome after fertomid.
