TTC month 3, 5 days late, random spotting. Am I pregnant?

We've been TTC for 3 months after I went off the pill beginning September 2013. I know it can take a long time to conceive, however last month my cycle was 23 days long instead of the average 30. Now I am currently on day 37 of my cycle and had some spotting around days 22-24 of this cycle. I'm having most of the symptoms except for the sore boobs and vomiting... I did 3 tests last week and all are negative. Problem is I'm having some sort of cramping the WHOLE time. It's not like period cramps, but definitely noticeable. I'm not ill, so it can't be that. Do I need yo worry?
