This is in no way a nasty comment but I really hope you aren't pregnant right now. The reason for this being that it is far too soon for your body. After a section your body needs a year minimum to recover, preferably about 18 months. Right now the scarring on your uterus would likely be too weak and the risk of complications would be much higher, especially uterine rupture during labour.
I am a veteran of 2 sections btw, the first an emergency crash section because of a very prem baby at 30 weeks (v long story behind that) with a cord prolapse and breech presentation, the second elective because of a very awkward little boy who liked to be either transverse or oblique and had the cord over my cervix which would have meant another prolapse.
Anyway, congrats on your little one and hope this helps :)

Congrats! How fun to have them close together!
I have had 3 c sections.. 3 healthy babies and easy/fast recoveries.
#1 born c section and at my 6 wk post apt dr told me I was able to get preg again at will. I asked, "doesn't my body need to rebuild or something" (I was thinking vitamin depletion) and he replied, "Your incision only needs a couple months to heal completely, if you become preg again now it will be well healed in time" 8 month later I was pregnant again...
#2 born c section and same story at my 6 wk post apt "get preg again at will"
#3 born c section (I had a new dr)at my 6 wk He told me "Normally, I would advice to wait 1-2 months b4 getting pregnant again, to allow a year between surgeries, but given your age (33yo), if you want more get preg again ASAP"
One more note: I was given the option for a vbac with my 2nd, but declined.
I don't get why ppl say to wait so long before getting preg again!? Hope my story helps! gl!
