Get him eating lots of seeds, nuts, oily fish and seafood. You want him full of zinc as well as the omega oils. Also, fresh veg and fruit are important, too. Wholegrains are good. Avoid sugar, saturated fats and too much alcohol. He should be fit and avoid smoking/ too much caffeine. Water and fruit juice are better than fizzy drinks, which can be very sugary. Are you trying to improve a low sperm count? You can get his and hers pre-conception vitamin and mineral tablets. Or else well man vitamin tablets. No stories for you, sorry. Hubby's sperm turned out to be fine. But I did worry for a while, which is why I have a bit of knowledge about it. For better or worse, we have isolated the problem to me.
