Hi, this is my first cycle with Clomid and I was wondering when side effects begin? This is only my second day taking the medication and I feel like I am already being hit with side effects. I feel so fat and bloated almost how it feels to be constipated. Did you notice something like this so early.

Feeling you there sweetie. Clomid crazies is a great name for it. I'm weepy this month too. My eyes tear up at the weirdest things.

It gave me insane headaches, where I could hardly stand up without holding on the DH! I hated it, I'm on femara now it seems to be better for me

My side effects started almost immediately. I had PMS symptoms around the second day of taking the meds but I started getting bloated and having gassy cramps in the afternoon after I took the first dose. It works really fast in my opinion.

Mine started pretty quickly too. The hot flashes were the first one I noticed and I was emotional. I do like how I can really feel when I'm about to ovulate. Almost like a warning to get busy. Lol. It can be difficult at times but not unbearable. Officially in TWW now. Good luck ladies!!

Clomid crazies... smh, they are different from day to day and month to month with me. My poor husband, lol, yes it gives you notice of ovulation, but the Clomid had me not wanting him to touch me, at all, lol, and it really wasn't his fault, I was mad and aggravated at everyone and cried about nothing, but didn't cry when big stuff would happen. Lol, see? Crazy. We bd every time we were supposed to :) you know, take one for the cause. Oh, and after ovulation, when I'm not fertile, I can't keep my hands off him (?) We switched to fumera bc of the side effects of Clomid, but when I went to re, she said less side effects sometimes means less effective.
The crazies are an adventure, I describe it as pms on steroids. Oh, and the hot flashes?! Menopause it's going to be a nightmare if they are anything like the lava running thru my veins every night :)

But again, I would go through all of this 100x's top get a baby, or two :)
