Very sharp pain on ovulation day. Much worse than normal.

Here's the deal, 4th round of Clomid 50 mg cd2-6. I always get strong pains when I o but this is unreal. I should be ovulating today per OPK. I've got sharp pains starting at my right hip. It's so bad I've been in tears. Anyone else have this? Should I be concerned?
