How long after Implanon did you concieve?

Me and my fiancé been ttc since I got off of Implanon in July. I had really bad side affects! Cycle was all over the place and it's finally getting back to normal. I have three children and it took a blink of an eye for me to get pregnant. Now it seems like it's impossible. I had cesareans with all three of them! I don't know what can be wrong or why it's not happening, be cause all three of my kids are literally a year a part from each other. HELP!!!!!
