Is it possible to have a mature egg from 17mm follicle?
I am on my second round of IUI/Clomid/Progesterone. I am concerned because I only had a 16.9mm follicle on day 18 which is when I ovualted. I had the IUI performed that day and the next day. In November ( IUI #1) I have a 20.6 follicle, but with this cycle dominant follicle way smaller further into cycle. I am not feeling hopeful. Is is possible for that size follicle to have a mature egg? Bloodwork on 3/12!! I hope I do not have to move onto IVF

You should be ok. 16 isn't too bad. If you take the clomid cd5-9 I'd try changing it to cd3-7. I wish you a bfp!! I'm on IUI #3 now. First with 100mg clomid cd5-9 had 4 follies over 20 and lining of only 7.5, 2nd was 5mg femara cd5-9 with 2 follies at 18 and lining at 14, now just started IUI 3 with 5mg femara cd3-7, injectables cd7-9 and will have ultrasound cd10. Oh and I do trigger shot then have iui 36 hours later. But I think your egg size it ok.
